Job Summary
As a Project Manager for Electrical Engineering at Emil Koch Elektrotechnik GmbH, you will take full responsibility for the organization and execution of sophisticated energy and building technology projects in the Cologne/Bonn region. Your daily routine involves managing projects from the initial planning phase through to final completion, which includes coordinating site managers, fitters, and subcontractors. You will be the central point of contact for clients and planners, leading site meetings and ensuring that all work meets quality, budget, and scheduling standards. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or a University Degree in the field of Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager specifically within the electrical engineering sector
- Proven track record in the successful management and execution of construction projects
- Experience in leading and coordinating technical teams, including site managers and installers
- Professional background in commercial project management and budget responsibility
