Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor/Diploma) in Public Management, Facility Management, Real Estate Management, or Business Administration; or completed Administrative Qualification II (Verwaltungslehrgang II); or certified Real Estate Specialist (Immobilienfachwirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in building or facility management
- Experience in coordinating and supporting construction or renovation projects
- Experience in implementing New Work or Desk Sharing concepts
- Experience collaborating with external planners and technical trades
- Professional background in public administration or real estate management

- Must meet the legal requirements for German civil service (Laufbahngruppe 2) or equivalent public sector collective agreements (TV-L E10/A11). Position is full-time and permanent, starting August 2026.
