Job Summary
This role serves as a key career companion for clients and companies in Upper Austria within the electrical engineering sector. Working closely with the Head of Department, you will be responsible for the strategic development, organization, and coordination of an extensive vocational training and course portfolio. Your day-to-day activities will involve planning educational programs, providing expert advice to corporate clients and participants, and managing a dedicated team of trainers. You will also take on instructional duties and develop innovative new course formats based on emerging industry trends. Required Skills
Education
Master Craftsman Certificate (Meisterprüfung) or Certificate of Competence in Electrical Engineering, or a comparable advanced technical qualification.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering
- Professional experience in vocational training or adult education is highly preferred
- Experience in the planning and organization of courses or training programs
- Proven track record in customer service, consulting, or corporate relations
