Job Summary
This role involves the management and continuous monitoring of the WALTER GROUP Cloud Platform (WGCP) within a collaborative, expert-led environment. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for maintaining Kubernetes clusters and utilizing Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and Ansible to optimize platform processes. A significant portion of the role focuses on developing self-service options for developers via Rundeck and implementing GitOps methodologies. Required Skills
Education
Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) is considered a bonus; relevant IT degree or vocational training implied by the title 'Informatiker'.
Experience
- Professional experience with Google Cloud Platform, including VPCs, GCE, and GKE
- Practical experience in automating and optimizing complex processes
- Proven experience implementing GitOps approaches
- Professional experience in Python and Bash scripting
- Experience in an enterprise-level environment is preferred
- Experience with Kubernetes administration

- The role is based in Wiener Neudorf (South of Vienna). Applicants must be able to work full-time (40 hours/week). A company shuttle from Vienna is provided, and assistance with housing search is available if required.
