Job Summary
This role is based within the Service Center for Digitalization, Data Management & IT at Caritas in Graz, supporting over 2,400 employees across various locations in Styria. As a member of the Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and further development of group-wide server environments and infrastructure solutions. Your work focuses heavily on modern Microsoft ecosystems, where you will design and optimize services including Office 365, Active Directory, and Azure. Additionally, you will provide critical 2nd and 3rd-level technical support to ensure system stability and security. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical IT training or degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar vocational training).
Experience
