Job Summary
This role involves managing the overall workload and task backlog for IT project teams within a specialized business function at BRP-Rotax. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for reporting the IT roadmap status to stakeholders, leading governance meetings specifically for procurement, and preparing budget and project proposals for investment board meetings. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will ensure business readiness by defining test cases, conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and organizing go-live and hyper-care activities. You will act as a bridge between the business and IT departments, coordinating with various Project Management Offices (PMOs) to ensure consistent project delivery methods and adherence to tollgate criteria. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of strategic governance, financial tracking, and hands-on project coordination within a high-tech industrial environment focused on powertrain systems.
Required Skills
Education
Higher Technical School (HTL) diploma or a completed relevant IT degree (University or University of Applied Sciences).
Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in an IT or business analysis context
- Professional experience with business and procedural expertise in an industrial environment
- Professional experience in procurement-related topics and processes
- Practical experience with supply chain processes
- Experience in project management methodologies and tollgate criteria
