Job Summary

This role involves the software-based analysis, definition, and optimization of intralogistics processes for international clients throughout the entire project lifecycle. As a bridge between technical departments and customers, you will be responsible for creating functional specifications, developing warehouse organization concepts, and contributing to change management. Your daily tasks include modeling and configuring warehouse processes within the company's proprietary software, conducting software tests both in-house and at client sites, and supporting the on-site implementation of Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. Additionally, you will create training materials and lead software introduction sessions for clients. This position is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of technical configuration and client interaction, offering the unique opportunity to see projects through from initial concept to final implementation across various European locations.

Required Skills

Education

Higher technical or business education (degree or certification) or equivalent professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical or business domains or several years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in capturing and optimizing complex logistical workflows
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience working within large, collaborative project teams
  • Experience in software implementation and testing environments
