Job Summary
As a Civil Engineering Technician for the City of Lichtenfels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the urban infrastructure of this modern Upper Franconian district town. Working within the Civil Engineering Department, your daily responsibilities will involve managing municipal construction projects across road construction, sewage systems, and flood protection. You will act as the client representative, overseeing the planning and execution of maintenance measures, managing soil resources, and performing surveying tasks. Required Skills
Education
State-certified technician (Staatlich geprüfte/r Bautechniker/in) specializing in civil engineering, or a Master Road Builder (Straßenbauermeister/in), or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in planning and implementing civil engineering measures such as road and canal construction
- Experience in handling tendering, calculation, and construction accounting software
- Proven experience in independent project management and coordination within a team environment
- Experience in surveying services and soil management
