Job Summary
As a Service Technician for Managed Print Services, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support of printing, copying, and multifunctional systems for clients in Cologne and Herne. Your daily routine involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of hardware at customer sites. Beyond physical repairs, you will handle the integration of these devices into client networks, configuring scan functions, printer drivers, and specialized 'Follow-me-Printing' solutions. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of hardware troubleshooting and software configuration. You will act as a key point of contact for technical queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient fault analysis and documentation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an Information Electronics Technician (Informationselektroniker) or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of printing, copying, or multifunctional systems is preferred
- Experience in field service and direct customer interaction is an advantage
- Proven technical knowledge in networking, print management, and end-device connectivity
- Experience in independent, structured, and solution-oriented technical work

- Valid Class B driver's license is required for field service travel to customer locations in Cologne and Herne.
