Job Summary

As a Service Technician for Managed Print Services, you will be responsible for the end-to-end technical support of printing, copying, and multifunctional systems for clients in Cologne and Herne. Your daily routine involves the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of hardware at customer sites. Beyond physical repairs, you will handle the integration of these devices into client networks, configuring scan functions, printer drivers, and specialized 'Follow-me-Printing' solutions. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of hardware troubleshooting and software configuration. You will act as a key point of contact for technical queries, ensuring high customer satisfaction through efficient fault analysis and documentation.
