Job Summary

As an Inhouse SAP Consultant at Ottobock, you will serve as a strategic partner to the global business, enabling success through the optimization of infrastructure and applications. Your daily responsibilities involve collaborating with departments and key users to map, refine, and optimize end-to-end business processes, with a significant focus on transitioning to S/4HANA. You will lead international projects within the Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, coordinating both internal and external resources while ensuring high-quality system documentation. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field of study. SAP Certifications are desirable.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in SAP consulting or a similar role
  • Extensive experience in SAP Customer Service and/or Plant Maintenance customizing
  • Proven experience in process knowledge across Sales, Logistics, and Production
  • Experience in coordinating and leading international SAP projects
  • Experience in managing internal and external resources for projects and support
