Job Summary

This role involves supporting the implementation and maintenance of Risk Management Systems (RMS) and Internal Control Systems (ICS) for BASF’s Agricultural Solutions division as it prepares for independence. On a day-to-day basis, you will act as the operational point of contact for assigned processes, ensuring consistent application of RMS/ICS requirements and standards across the organization. You will be responsible for supporting risk assessments, control design, and optimization, while also developing training materials to improve risk awareness. A key part of the role includes managing monitoring activities, facilitating review meetings, and consolidating risk information for reporting via GRC tools.
