As a Senior Policy Advisor within the Remuneration and Fee Schedule department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the German statutory health insurance compensation system. Based in central Berlin, your daily responsibilities will involve addressing complex remuneration queries and advancing the processing of pseudonymized billing data. You will be expected to independently develop analytical concepts and conduct rigorous data analyses that serve as the foundation for physician compensation. A significant portion of the role involves representing the organization in self-governance working groups and negotiating with health insurance partners.
