As a Sales Manager and Digitalization Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for mid-sized companies. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing and strategically expanding an existing client base specifically focused on JobRouter® solutions. You will act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution by analyzing complex business processes and advising clients on tailored workflow and automation solutions. This role requires a blend of commercial acumen and technical consulting, as you will be responsible for creating project calculations, negotiating budgets and timelines, and coordinating between clients and internal development teams. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in sales and customer relationship management

- Proven track record in budget negotiation and project planning
- Experience in coordinating between technical teams and external clients
- Experience in the software industry, specifically focusing on the SME sector (Mittelstand)
