Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training (preferably in retail) and a completed university degree (preferably in Business Administration).
Experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in sales or market-related environments
- Experience in creating evaluations, statistics, and presentations for management committees
- Professional experience in analyzing and controlling 'as-is' processes and developing 'to-be' concepts
- Experience in supporting change management processes and process implementation
- Initial experience working with retail market systems
