This role involves the technical parameterization and configuration of SICAM systems within the field of power grid automation. As a Substation Control Systems Technician, you will be responsible for conducting customer acceptance tests, performing on-site commissioning, and providing essential support during system malfunctions. Required Skills

Education

Completed state-certified technician training (Technikerausbildung) specific to the field of electrical engineering or automation.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in automation within the energy supply sector, preferably in infrastructure or railway environments
  • Extensive experience in technical parameterization and configuration of automation systems
  • Proven track record in conducting customer acceptance tests and on-site commissioning
  • Experience in systematic troubleshooting and problem-solving for electrical systems
  • Professional experience in low, medium, or high voltage applications is highly desirable
