Job Summary

As an IT Client Management Specialist at FERCHAU, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the company's client infrastructure. Experience

  • Experience in 2nd and 3rd level technical support and incident resolution
  • Experience in creating technical user manuals and system documentation
