Job Summary

As an Automation Engineer specializing in Rockwell technologies for the food industry, you will lead projects from initial conceptualization through to final commissioning. Your daily responsibilities include creating circuit diagrams, bills of quantities, and technical specifications for specialized machinery. You will be responsible for programming advanced software solutions for automation and visualization systems using the Rockwell suite. Beyond technical development, you will conduct on-site training sessions for clients to ensure smooth operational handover. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive Industry 4.0 innovations and digitize production processes for well-known mechanical engineering clients. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Engineering; alternatively, a technical vocational training with further qualification as a State-Certified Technician.

Experience

Professional experience in programming with Rockwell systems, specifically Studio 5000 and FactoryTalk SE
Practical experience in independent project management from concept to completion
Experience in creating technical specifications and programs for machinery and plants
Experience in conducting technical training for end-users and customers

Languages
