Job Summary

As an Electrical Development Engineer in the aerospace sector, you will be instrumental in advancing spacecraft harness technology throughout the BCD project phases. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing mission requirements, defining functional and physical electrical wiring, and collaborating with mechanical engineering teams to finalize geometric harness designs. You will play a key role in performing critical technical analyses, such as voltage drop calculations, mass estimations, and connector derating. Additionally, you will manage co-engineering activities with suppliers and oversee design and MAIT (Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration, and Testing) activities at the supplier level. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in the development and manufacturing of electrical interfaces and harnesses
  • Experience in Space Engineering is highly preferred
  • Experience in analyzing mission requirements and deriving technical specifications
  • Experience in co-engineering and supplier coordination for technical components
