Job Summary

As a Quality Control Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, you will be responsible for overseeing critical quality assurance systems to ensure product safety and compliance. Your daily activities will include managing Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) investigations, handling deviations, and reviewing testing documentation. You will play a pivotal role in root cause analysis, processing customer complaints, and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) alongside validation and qualification documents. This position offers the unique opportunity to act as a subject matter expert during regulatory inspections and internal audits. Additionally, you will be responsible for the timely testing and release of raw materials, acting as a deputy for the laboratory manager when necessary. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the testing of active ingredients and/or medicinal products
  • Practical experience working within a GMP-regulated environment
  • Demonstrated experience handling quality assurance systems, including deviations and change control
  • Experience in coordinating root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
  • Experience in creating chemical-pharmaceutical documentation
