Job Summary

This role involves supporting the Human Resources and Administration department at the Central Operations Center in Herten. On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will manage employee absence records and electronic sick leave notifications (eAU) using LOGA software, coordinate driver's license checks and occupational health appointments, and maintain hourly billing rates in KVasy. The position also entails general administrative support, including handling correspondence, managing appointments, and assisting team leads with organizational tasks. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week) offering a secure public service contract under the TVöD pay scale. What makes this role unique is the strong focus on work-life balance, offering flexible working hours between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM and the possibility of working remotely for up to 40% of the time. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Management Assistant for Office Management, HR Services Consultant, or a similar 3-year commercial qualification with an administrative focus. Alternatively, completion of the Administrative Clerk (Verwaltungsfachangestellte) or Administrative Course I (Angestelltenlehrgang I).

Experience

  • Professional experience in Human Resources or as an Administrative Assistant is desirable
