Job Summary

This role supports a five-person catalog team, focusing on maintaining and optimizing a portfolio of over 400,000 specialty chemicals for various industries like pharmaceuticals and electronics. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping product data current, processing offers for catalog items, and contributing to the strategic direction of the chemical catalog through competitive analysis and research. Key responsibilities include conducting research in online chemical databases, managing data exchange with customers and suppliers, and optimizing internal product databases, ERP systems (Microsoft Navision), and business analysis tools. The position also involves active participation in developing and optimizing product offerings, portfolios, and pricing strategies, as well as assisting with promotional materials and cross-team projects.
