Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Electrical Engineering/Energy Technology, Civil Engineering, Underground Construction, Pipeline Construction, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in an expert function
- Knowledge of regulations for energy suppliers
- Extensive knowledge of relevant legal and contractual norms and regulations, primarily in pipeline, road, and civil engineering
- Knowledge of building codes and procurement and contract regulations for construction services
