Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician at TeleSys, Northern Bavaria's largest independent system house, you will serve as a technical expert for communication and network solutions. Your daily responsibilities include providing 2nd and 3rd-level customer support, managing technical projects, and consulting with clients to meet their specific infrastructure needs. You will be responsible for the configuration, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of IT and Telecommunications (TK) systems, specifically within Unified Communication, Contact Center, and networking environments. This role is highly dynamic, requiring you to perform troubleshooting and system adjustments both remotely and through on-site visits to diverse clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. The position is ideal for technical all-rounders who enjoy a mix of hands-on technical work and professional customer interaction within a stable, permanent employment structure.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Systems Technician or a comparable professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system technology or a comparable technical field
- Experience in the telecommunications sector is preferred
- Proven track record in customer service and technical support
- Experience with vendors such as Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Unify/Mitel, STARFACE, or Innovaphone is highly desirable
