Job Summary
This Junior Specialist role, located in Biberach, focuses on supporting the pharmaceutical manufacturing process within a highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for processing and tracking Out of Scope (OOS) requests, ensuring that all release and submission-relevant documents are correctly handled and archived. A significant portion of the role involves administrative tasks within the clinical trial supply chain management. You will act as a bridge between teams, requiring strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in natural sciences (e.g., Pharmaceutical Technician/Pharmakant) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in a relevant GMP environment, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry
- Experience in the review and production of clinical samples
- Experience in handling regulatory requirements and GMP issues
- Demonstrated experience in planning, organization, and independent task management

- The position is based in Biberach an der Riß. It is a full-time, permanent position offered via personnel leasing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) with remuneration according to the IG Chemie collective agreement (E09T).
