Job Summary
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical support, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of incident reports within a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities include accepting and categorizing support requests, troubleshooting issues related to operating systems, user accounts, and Office 365, and resolving problems via email, telephone, or remote desktop tools. You will also be responsible for maintaining the internal solution wiki and escalating complex technical issues to the 2nd-level support team. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys working in small teams and possesses strong organizational skills. Required Skills
Education

- Experience managing user accounts and Active Directory
