Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer, you will take full ownership of project management for control technology within a dynamic industrial environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing budgets, monitoring costs, and overseeing scheduling and resource planning. You will lead project teams through technical challenges, develop comprehensive electrical engineering concepts, and define the necessary electrical components for various systems. Beyond technical design, you will play a crucial role in procurement by managing orders in the Navision ERP system and supporting the sales department during the bidding phase. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you to coordinate with internal departments and manage relationships with international customers and suppliers. The role is particularly attractive for those who enjoy autonomy, flat hierarchies, and a culture built on trust and open feedback, all while working in a specialized field like conveyor technology.
Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or a comparable qualification through professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, preferably within conveyor technology
- Experience in independent project management and budget monitoring
- Experience in creating technical specifications and requirements documents
- Proven experience in coordinating with internal departments and external international partners
- Experience in leading project teams through technical control issues
