Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management and execution of technical building services (TGA) or electrical systems for diverse high-rise and industrial construction projects, including logistics centers, production facilities, parking garages, data centers, and office buildings. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the procurement and coordination of subcontractor services, supporting client negotiations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The position is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a mix of site management and administrative oversight. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Engineering, or qualification as a State-Certified Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister) specializing in Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience as a technician, master craftsman, or engineer in electrical or building services engineering
- Ideally several years of professional experience in technical building services (TGA) or electrical construction management
- Practical experience in site supervision, including cost and quality control
- Experience in negotiating with clients and managing subcontractors

- Willingness to travel nationwide (Germany) is required for this role. Candidates must have knowledge of German construction regulations (VOB).
