This role involves the direct management and expansion of a defined sales territory both within Germany and internationally for functional cellulose fibers. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships while actively acquiring new customers and project opportunities. Beyond traditional sales, you will play a key role in developing technical concepts and solutions for clients and contributing to the product development process. You will hold direct responsibility for sales targets and turnover, reporting directly to the executive management. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Engineering, Surface Technology, Plastics Technology, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Professional experience in product management or the sale of construction chemical products is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in developing customer-specific concepts and technical solutions
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing revenue responsibility
  • Experience in international business relations and market expansion
