As the IT Department Manager for the Municipality of Mühlenbecker Land, you will lead a dedicated team of three employees to modernize and secure the digital infrastructure of a community serving 15,600 residents. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy, managing complex change processes, and overseeing the introduction of new specialized software and systems.
