Job Summary
As an IT Application Manager based in Bremen, you will join a central IT division focused on modernizing human resources and time management systems. Your primary responsibility involves the technical management and optimization of the ATOSS Workforce Management software. You will act as a bridge between technical infrastructure and business requirements, performing system customization, interface management, and server administration. Day-to-day tasks include handling updates, patches, and permission management, as well as collaborating closely with HR departments and external service providers. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys driving digital transformation and process optimization within a large-scale corporate environment. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a vocational qualification as an IT Management Assistant (Informatikkaufmann/frau) or IT Specialist for Application Development/System Integration.

- Professional experience in system administration and technical application support
