Job Summary
As an IT Systems Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining and expanding the digital infrastructure that supports essential social services, including nursing homes and ambulance services. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing and optimizing Microsoft-based servers, clients, and mobile devices, alongside a small number of Linux servers. You will be responsible for network administration, ensuring the security and availability of all applications, and managing backup and recovery processes. The role includes providing 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software, as well as participating in IT projects to implement new systems. Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration)
Experience
- Professional experience in system and network administration is desirable
- Experience with virtualization solutions (Hyper-V) and cloud technologies is preferred
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level technical support
- Proven experience in managing Microsoft-based IT environments
