This is a multifaceted role within the municipal personnel department of the city of Wedel, offering a blend of strategic planning and operational HR management. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex personnel matters, leading vocational training programs, and driving HR development initiatives. A significant portion of the role involves the continuous evaluation and advancement of the city's HR development concepts and e-learning platforms. Additionally, you will play a vital role in strategic workforce planning and serve as the Deputy Head of the HR Department. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, Diploma in Public Administration, or completed Administrative Specialist training (Angestelltenlehrgang II / Verwaltungsfachwirt). Alternatively, a degree in HR Management or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in human resources management or personnel development
- Experience in processing complex personnel matters and administrative tasks
- Experience in a leadership or deputy leadership capacity is preferred
- Practical knowledge of municipal administrative procedures is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in structured and independent project management
