Job Summary

As a Metrology Technician in Witten, you will play a critical role in quality assurance by evaluating 3D measurements and approving initial parts for series production. Your daily responsibilities include preparing and conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) and operating Zeiss 3D measuring machines specifically for wheelset components. You will be expected to measure with extreme precision down to the micrometer level using specialized fine measuring tools. This full-time, permanent position offers an attractive hourly wage of €19.50 plus bonuses, up to 30 days of vacation, and the potential for permanent takeover by the client company. It is an ideal role for a detail-oriented professional with a background in machining or technical engineering who enjoys working with advanced measurement software like Calypso and SAP in a modern manufacturing environment.
