As a Data Integration Engineer in Berlin-Tempelhof, you will be responsible for transforming market data into stable, high-performance pipelines for the energy trading sector. Your daily responsibilities involve developing and operating Python-based ETL pipelines, implementing REST APIs with advanced security features like request signing, and utilizing Azure cloud services for data management. You will act as a technical bridge, coordinating with trading desks, portfolio management, and external data providers to ensure real-time data flow. This role is particularly attractive due to its blend of technical depth—working with pandas for time-series data and SFTP/Paramiko for secure transfers—and organizational impact.
