Job Summary
This role involves the comprehensive management of ventilation and air conditioning (VAC) projects for both commercial and private clients in Magdeburg. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial negotiations and quotation creation to final billing and project closure. Your daily responsibilities include supervising construction progress on-site, creating assembly plans, and leading teams of technicians. You will be a central point of contact, coordinating closely with internal departments like controlling and management, as well as external suppliers and customers. A key part of the role is ensuring budget compliance, managing supplementary claims, and upholding strict accident prevention regulations. This position is ideal for a technically-minded professional who enjoys a mix of office-based planning and active on-site leadership within the building services engineering sector.
Required Skills
Education
Technician or Master Craftsman degree (Techniker/Meister) in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Automation, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in building services engineering
- Initial experience in independent project execution
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Experience in leading on-site assembly teams and technicians
