Job Summary

As a Team Lead for the new Data & AI Consulting entity in Zagreb, you will be instrumental in building and scaling a local team within an international framework. This multifaceted role requires you to spend approximately four days per week on active project delivery in data science or data engineering while simultaneously managing daily operations and coaching a growing team of consultants. You will act as a vital bridge between the Croatian delivery center and international teams, ensuring alignment on delivery standards and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Beyond technical execution, you will support recruitment efforts, represent the company at tech communities and universities, and monitor operational KPIs like utilization and margins.
