Job Summary

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of critical IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations for clients. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing support tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues (including telephony), and performing patch management and software maintenance. A significant portion of the role involves setting up and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments, including Teams and SharePoint, across both on-premise and cloud platforms. You will also participate in an on-call rotation for the IT hotline approximately one week per month. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who can provide constructive feedback on existing processes and suggest improvements. It offers a stable, permanent full-time contract with a diverse range of technical responsibilities spanning networking, server management, and modern cloud collaboration tools.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT vocational training or equivalent professional knowledge in the IT field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the support of applications and IT infrastructure
  • Practical experience with Windows Server and Windows Client environments
  • Experience in managing Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint (Cloud and On-premise)
  • Experience in handling support tickets and technical troubleshooting

Additional

  • Willingness to participate in on-call shifts (Monday-Sunday 6:00-22:00) approximately one week per month after initial onboarding (approx. 6 months). Driving license class B is preferred.
