Job Summary
As the Team Leader for Scientific Customer Consulting at BAV Institut, you will oversee a team of 7 to 10 employees within a modern laboratory environment that serves over 3,000 clients in the food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical sectors. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable support and rapid feedback cycles. You will be responsible for evaluating laboratory analysis results, creating expert statements, and performing labeling checks. Beyond technical tasks, you will drive the development of your department by optimizing workflows, managing economic KPIs, and fostering a culture of personal responsibility. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biology, Microbiology, Food Chemistry, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or Nutritional Science)
Experience
- Professional leadership experience required
- Experience in evaluating laboratory results and providing scientific assessments
- Experience in the fields of food, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical laboratory services
- Proven track record in organizational management and structured workflow implementation
