Job Summary

As the IT Team Lead for Cross Application Management, you will take on both technical and disciplinary leadership of a specialized team of IT professionals. Your primary mission is to ensure the seamless operation of enterprise-wide applications across the subgroup. On a day-to-day basis, you will oversee the evaluation, installation, configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of these applications, while also managing second-level support. A significant portion of your role involves people management, including motivating and developing your staff, conducting performance reviews, and managing the team budget.
