Job Summary

This role involves leading the field surveying operations for the district of Pankow in Berlin. As a Group Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of surveying teams, managing personnel, and overseeing the technical execution of land registry and geodetic measurements. Your day-to-day will involve high-level decision-making for the field service unit, coordinating staff resources, and evaluating the performance of your team. You will also serve as a lead surveyor (Messtruppführer) while monitoring the latest advancements in geodetic hardware and software.
