Job Summary
This role involves delivering practical and engaging instruction on Prompt Engineering and Generative AI within a virtual classroom environment. As a Trainer, you will guide adult learners through the application of AI tools like ChatGPT, helping them understand how to integrate these technologies into various professional fields. Your day-to-day will include developing curriculum materials, optimizing teaching exercises, and supporting students—even those with minimal prior IT knowledge—in mastering AI-driven creativity and automation. You will also collaborate with internal subject matter experts to help them incorporate AI into their own specialized courses. This position is ideal for a communicative professional who enjoys simplifying complex technical concepts. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. Alternatively, a certified IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with AI specialization or a Technician degree in Automation/IT Systems. AdA-Certificate (AEVO) is required or must be obtained before starting.
Experience
- Professional experience in Prompt Engineering and working with Large Language Models
- Experience in systematic analysis and optimization of AI-generated outputs
- Background in teaching or knowledge transfer, specifically simplifying complex IT topics
- Professional experience in a technical field such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Automation Engineering
- Experience working in a virtual or digital learning environment

- Must possess or be willing to obtain the Instructor Aptitude Ordinance (AEVO) certification. Position involves working in a virtual classroom. Permanent contract offered with 30 days of vacation.
