Job Summary
As a Biological Technical Assistant in drug manufacturing, you will play a critical role in the production of autologous cell transplants. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve working within a cleanroom environment to cultivate cells while ensuring all processes adhere to strict Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. You will be responsible for preparing materials, maintaining and monitoring production equipment, and performing essential cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of work tools. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Technical Assistant (e.g., BTA, PTA, MTA), Biology Laboratory Technician, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as a Technical Assistant (BTA, PTA, MTA) or Biology Laboratory Technician
- Experience in cell biology is desirable but not mandatory
- Entry-level candidates (Berufsanfänger) are encouraged to apply
- Experience in a regulated production environment (GMP) is implied

- Willingness to work shifts (currently between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM) as well as weekends and public holidays is required. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Location: Teltow, Germany.
