This role involves providing comprehensive IT hardware and software support across the Hennigsdorf and Oranienburg clinic locations for the Oberhavel Clinics group. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of computer workstations, including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Your daily tasks will include resolving technical issues via an IT Helpdesk ticketing system, maintaining IT communication and telecommunications systems, and contributing to the development of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and technical documentation. Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or equivalent professional knowledge/qualifications.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or hardware maintenance
- Experience in the installation and configuration of PC hardware and software components
- Practical knowledge of IT communication systems and telecommunications equipment
- Experience working with IT Helpdesk environments and ticket-based support workflows
- Proven reliability and ability to work effectively within a team environment
