Job Summary
In this role, you will provide essential IT support for a regional energy provider based in Aachen. Your daily responsibilities include delivering first-level support for both hardware and software issues, as well as the installation, maintenance, and configuration of PCs, printers, telephony equipment, and network devices. You will also manage user accounts and licenses, assist colleagues with software application usage, and contribute to broader IT projects and server administration tasks.
