As a Facility Operations Manager in the Hanover region, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of technical facility services for market-leading clients. Your daily responsibilities include scheduling and capacity planning, preparing quotes and supplements, and overseeing project controlling. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer consultation and relationship management while providing technical leadership to your on-site team. Required Skills

Education

Master Craftsman (Meister) in Electrical Engineering or HVAC, or State-Certified Technician in a relevant trade, or a University Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the relevant technical trades
  • Professional experience in a similar leadership or management position (preferred)
  • Experience in technical team leadership
  • Experience in customer consulting and contract negotiations
