As a Facility Operations Manager in the Cologne area, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of technical facilities for a market-leading provider. Your daily responsibilities include scheduling resources, coordinating project workflows, and managing budgets through precise project controlling. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, handling consultations and relationship management while leading a technical team. A significant portion of the role involves preparing quotes, managing supplementary contracts, and participating in contract award negotiations. Required Skills
