As a Facility Manager in the Bremen area, you will be responsible for the operational and strategic oversight of assigned properties for a market-leading provider. Your day-to-day activities involve scheduling and capacity planning, creating quotes and supplementary contracts, and managing project controlling. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer advice and maintenance, while also providing professional leadership to your technical team.
