Job Summary
As an ERP Application Expert at GV Trucknet, you will take cross-location responsibility for the entire ERP application lifecycle following the Plan-Build-Run methodology. Your daily activities involve designing, modernizing, and standardizing ERP and freight forwarding software landscapes to ensure high availability for users across all sites. You will act as a central point of contact for functional requirements, collaborating closely with infrastructure teams, service desks, and IT demand management. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to manage strategic vendor relationships and support cross-functional projects. Required Skills
Education
University degree in an IT-related field or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker).
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an IT-related field
- Professional experience with ERP systems and application landscapes
- Proven experience in logistics processes and business workflow analysis
- Experience in 2nd and 3rd level technical support and infrastructure collaboration
- Experience in standardizing and consolidating application development processes
