This full-time, permanent role involves the comprehensive management of the Grabbeallee daycare center in Berlin-Pankow for the Humanist Association of Berlin-Brandenburg. As the Director, you will be responsible for the day-to-day business administration of the facility, ensuring operational efficiency and financial health. A significant portion of the role focuses on personnel leadership and team development, fostering a collaborative environment among staff. You will also serve as a key liaison, maintaining a trusting partnership with parents and coordinating closely with the adjacent Free Humanist Primary School. Required Skills
Education
