Your daily responsibilities include providing technical assistance via telephone, email, and a ticketing system to ensure clients utilize the software efficiently. You will be responsible for processing inquiries, conducting user training, managing individual software settings, and maintaining customer documentation databases. This role requires close collaboration with development and sales teams to coordinate 2nd-level support requests.
